WHeee I am super excited! I managed to get Ellie *points to my main lj sig, rainbow juri06* fibre wig! While her rainbow fur one is awesome and suits her perfectly. I've always wanted to get her a normal fibre one too. Just cause all my other dolls don't have fur as their default. But finding her a wig has been almost impossible. I wanted turquoise with bright green streaks or similar. SHort and choppy/flippy...... in size 8/9 yeah easier said than done. I was hunting on nDoll.com and saw the perfect wig. But alas it was sold out. So I gave up and was planning to go for the leeke dark turquoise limited colour. I saw an nDoll group order on doa..... so I just went to check it out. For the heck of it I check the wig and IT'S IN STOCK WOO! So I just got in the GO and now the orders been made so it is mine. Also free shipping from nDoll is a score! This is the wig by the way.

I know it's a more bright turquoise with white/blonde streaks but it will still suit Ellie perfect! Very happy about that.

Now I don't need to get her a wig from leeke. I will still get two wigs from that order. One for Jezebel my sweet and the other for my TF May I am paying off. I might get a third wig still.... I'd love to get Lucinda a new default wig. Hers is okie but it's one of the first wigs I got. So I'd like to get her a softer one aka dollga. But her colour so far is out of stock boo. Tempted instead to get a pink wig for Lucinda and Sioned to share...they have so much pink clothing. (which is funny since I never wear pink myself..well cept for lolita haha). But I might not get a 3rd wig. Instead I REALLY want a pair of mystic eyes for Iscen my Sram. A new Mystic preorder should be by the end of jan....so I'd love to get into that. Sure it will be a long long wait so I dunno. Might just nab a pair of ED instead but so far no group orders for that so boo.

Dollwise I don't need too much stuff, not counting my minimees as usual haha. Iscen I want a pair of urethane blue eyes for him, it's top on my list. After that I need proper eyes for my May when she comes. I need proper eyes for my Chrom once he's back and if he's staying. I think I want new urethane eyes for Yarris too. Sure his eyes aren't open too too much. But I figure if I get him a nice bright red they'll stand out more. Since his current eyes are a deep red they're hard to notice. All my other dolls and fine and good. Ellie I do wan't to stand her body, blush it and get her proper tattoos. Also add some extra height to her neck.... using expoy, which I need to buy somewhere.

I still need to think of a name for my May..... I actually plan to switch her head in the future haha. I was just gonna sell it and buy a new one. But a local friend is interested in doing a switch. So I just gotta wait till she buys her doll from BF. For heads I am torn between a few. Either Jasmine, Emilie or Sarang I think...... Jasmine is winning so far.

All is well work is getting quite busy with the holiday season being upon us! Christmas is gonna be here before I know it too lol. I am fine for gifts though! I just need to get like two more and such. I sold my John Barrowman minimee head too woo! I am just depositing the money in my bank. I might need to use it till my next payday etc. Just good to have there etc. Very please though woo! I am going to see The Princess and The Frog on saturday and I cannot wait for it. I am all giddy! Other than that, I have a dollmeet on Jan 23rd so any local doll owners are welcome to come! I read John Barrowman's new book in a day and a half haha I quite enjoyed it!

Guess that's all I can think to say.....kinda lame but oh well XD.

I decided to do a random post about a new favorite band of mine. One I highly recommend to anyone else out there!

The band is called La Roux, it's got a poppy techno 80s sound. The singer Elly is really really good. They have one album out so far and god I love it. I love every song on it! Which is rare for cds......to a point where it's hard to pic a fav song. I love them all a lot. Bulletproof is pretty catchy though. THe singer Elly is awesome too, I love her look hehe.

It's a UK band so touring here will prob not happen or if so take a while. Vancouver always get snubbed for a lot of bands. The east costs gets concerts but a lot of times.......we're totally ignored garrrr mad! They said they're gonna wait till their touring is over before they work on another album. So it's prob a couple of years till that.....gah the waiting X_X

Busy Season

Well the busy season of work is upon me, so not a lot of time to post and such here. My vacaction was very nice, saw a bunch of people. Finally got to go to daiso etc. All is good, now back to work for me haha.

Got Star Trek on dvd god I love this movie, my favorite of the year for sure. I love Spock........*swoons*. Also I am loving season 3 of The Big Bang Theory! It's soooooo good! Also been watching a show called 'Accidentally on Purpose." I personally really like it. Only I am REALLY hoping it doesn't get cancelled....... man it better not! Not sure how ratings have been and such on it. Hopefully there will be a 2nd season. Anime wise I am wathcing a few shows. Kobato, Kampfer, NyaKoi and Kimi ni Todoke. Sorta half watching NyaKoi and Kampfer though.....kind boring me lol. Also saw Doctor Who the Waters of Mars.....the end is near. Or mainly The End of Time christmas specials......which I cannot wait to see they are gonna be good!

Dollwise things are good, my heads arrived for faceup. Also getting a new doll, a msd Blue Fairy May on a blossom body! I wanted one more msd girl to even things out and keep Elyssa company. Doing a 4 month layaway so I can easily afford her. Also found a leeke wig colour for Ellie woo. Sadly the body I had chosen for my Minimees the Doll Family 70cm is gone from Happy House. So can't get it meh.....much search again for one. Might get the POPO dolls 60cm one.....looks nice I dunno.

Woo I am buying a copy of John Barrowman's new book I am what I am and it should ship from amazon today! :D

Holiday fun

Well starting today I have a full week off on paid vacation from work! So woo holiday time nice! Got some plans so far. Tomorrow I finally get to go to richmond! Be interesting if I don't get lost lolz. Then on tuesday it's errand day, do laundry, mail some doll heads for faceups and also buy Up on dvd! Wednesday I will be going to metrotown for shopping with a friend. Thurs or Fri off shopping with my mom and sat going to see a movie with a friend!

I have the funding for all of this because I have found a buyer for my elf shy. A local buyer! Yay! There's a dollmeet on the 29th and we're doing it then. So I'll have the monies from her and she'll get the doll yay! All excited I'll get to see the doll and no shipping crap to do.

The dolls going off for faceup is my Chrom and my elf sweet Jezebel. Zard aka the Chrom is growing on me......but I am still so torn if I want to get a Jessica or not....... so far I think I can live without one. I'd love to get her one day though, but will have to see. Haven't bought anything bjd wise with my monies so far. I am getting an 27cm obitsu body for my Pullip Naomi though woo!

Other than that I do want a fibre wig for Ellie my Juri06.......but she is so hard to find a wig for. I fell in love with Cotin's doll limited halloween wig. (onnawufei got it and I was like eeee wants.) But by the time I went there the colour was sold out! Now the wigs gone all together. I am too picky for her wig so alas I am finding one. I'd prefer a short and choppy wig with turquoise and bright green..... The cotindoll one wasn't long but a cool hairstyle that Ellie could of pulled off.....wonder if doing a wtb on doa would help haha.

Dollwise I don't want too too much, I want resin eyes for Iscen next. Then I am pretty much content for a while. Maybe a dollga wig for Lucinda, Zard and Jezebel....... meh.

Elf Shy for sale

Well I went ahead and put my bambicrony elf shy for sale, definetly a good decision I think. I'll be much better with just two yosd sized dolls. I decided I'll also send my Sweet girl Jezebel with the Chrom head for a new faceup. Then she'll be like a new doll so woo that will be nice! Now hopefully she'll sell..... for all I am sending with her, plus she's sold out....I think it's a fair price.

Who is an E.I.D Jessica, a 70cm girl from them........... WHICH I LOVE! Eeee that body is smoking, real curves and everything. Larger smexy bust........ I have been looking at her the last few days and trying to resist. I might succeed but I am suspecting I might surrender and buy her in the end. Eeeee she's just so pretties!

The prob is since moving out of home my funding has gone down a lot. I am fine for small things, but big things like dolls....... would take a very long time for me now. Which makes me think if there are any dolls I have which I could sell to get her. Which is tough because I adore them all........ All of my 6 sds I got right now are safe. The Chrom I dunno....... not really too sold on the head I admit. But I don't want to have to sell the head and the body seperate...... So I think I'll still send him for a faceup. Then if he doesn't fit in, he'll be far easier to sell. His sale would be enough for the Jessica. Unless he comes back with such a nice faceup I gotta keep him. XD Which I could live with.

I have been kinda tempted to sell some of my tinies, mainly my yo-sd sized ones. I currently own three......a Bambicrony elf shy, cutie sweet and tanned Kay. But I dunno if I can part with them. Though I do admit lately I've done nothing or little with them....... I think the elf Shy I could part with no prob, she's super cute but I am not so attached as my other dolls. The sweet is a toughie, she was the first one I got..... not to mention she's not in perfect condition...... she's quite a few years old. Her body doesn't pose all that perfect. Also she's got staining on her head from a wig. But more importantly...... she's got expoy on her neck. I wanted to make her head sit higher up. But I haven't matched the resin colour yet. So even if I sold her, I couldn't sell her for much........ so meh. Then my Kay, sure I don't have a proper wig or much clothing for him. But he's so cute.... XD dunno if I wanna part with him. Or how much I would even ask for.....

No other dolls would I be willing to part with I admit, my Baha, Foz, Pury and chocolate Dong are safe. As is Elyssa my one remaining msd girl. So the only two I have to consider honestly are my new Chrom and my BC Elf Shy hmmm.... tough call. A Jessica would mean another doll I'd need to get a wig, eyes, clothes for..... and there's not a lot for the E.I.D girl clothing so far. Trust me though my gal wouldn't need to wear too much clothing haha.

I will just wait and see how it goes. I might put my elf Shy up something by the end of the week. Just see if I get any interest in her. If she gets a buyer that would be great. She'd pay for half of the Jessica at least, but the other half again would be tough so I dunno. If she sold though, I would go through all of my yosd clothing. Sell some of them to help get some more fundings. Dunno if I should try to sell the Chrom with the current no resin match or wait till after the faceup......... Or sell him seperate as a head now. There are a few chrom heads already on doa though. So I think if I have a good chance of selling him for a decent price. (decent, but fair, I wouldn't make him super expensive). Getting his faceup and head matched to the body is probably my best bet. Selling the Chrom and the Shy would make more than enough for the Jessica and some stuff for her......so it's an option.

I am gonna muse over it for a while, look at jessica owner pics. See in the end if I can't resist her anyone. I am wary since any sd girls I have gotten recently.....haven't stayed. Only my three core girls, Lucinda, Sioned and Ellie have fit with me...so dunno if I should try again.

Iplehouse does do three month layaway at least, but I dislike doing layaways now. Since I never really can garantee if I can make said payments etc..

Much musing and thoughts to do for sure hehe. Already I am getting ideas for what character the Jessica could be though.....this does not look good for resisting haha.

Another day

Well all has been good! My Chrom head came on friday like I thought. He's a very nice head.....I think he can work for me. I admit I'm not fully sold on it. But because I REALLY don't want to have to deal with selling a full doll. I'm giving it a go and have no plans to sell. I am pleased with the fit and scale with the souldoll body though. The neck scale is perfect, even better than the super gem body I think. Resin match, no not at all. The head is more pink than the body, which is more yellow. In person it's not as hard to see in some lighting...photos it shows up a lot more. But that doesn't matter, since when he gets his faceup. He'll be getting his head airbrushed to match his body.

So this saturday I went to the featherfall event, which was nice. I was good spending wise happily. All I bought was a t-shirt with a clockwork design on it. I wanted it quite badly for my Chrom, which fits him like a glove. Then new sd string, because when I got the Chrom head I could not put the head on the body. The string is thick and the head hole small and it has two knots..... so with the new string I did one knot and it fits woo! Then I bought a Likemey bust, which was only 20cnd sweet. It's for the minimees to have till I get their bodies.

So I won twice at the meet, once for the raffle! Which I won a Dollzone Cloud ns head! Which I have no use for at all haha. So it's up for sale or trade for a good price. Then I won as one of the doll costume contest with Ellie dressed as gypsy witch. I wasn't expecting that since I didn't try at all. That I won a chainmail top piece but sadly was msd so I had no use for it. So I traded with another winner for another Likemey bust! Which was perfect wheee.

So on the 5th I'll be sending the Chrom off with a piece of his arm for a faceup. I am figuring his look out and such. For now he has no wig, he's borrowing a fur red one. But it's not his colour.......I did a wtb for a brown dollga wig. So hopefully I'll find one. If not I'll buy one from denverdoll, then have it shipped to the faceup artist. (no fee yay). For eyes for now he has white grey souldoll ones which I think suit him. I might get him green or purple in the future. Character wise his name is Zariel and he is a bard, he is Sioned and Yarris other hubby in their threesome couple. (he replaced Jedrin, takes a lot of his traits). His nickname which is always goes by is Zard.

Makes me okie with having to wait a while till I can get their bodies. Longer since doll family upped their 70cm body by 40 more bucks now. X_X

Okie no Chrom head in the mail today, no update on the tracking number! I am REALLY worried about the package now. I dunno what to do. I guess I can try calling the postal system or customs. But I know before that has never helped one bit. All they can do is what I can, check the tracking! I do not want this head to get lost in the mail. I dunno if I should wait longer to call though....... I find priority takes 7-10 days. But considering the package was just shipped from like seattle....... 11 days is bad. Not to mention it made it to customs in 2. Then has now spent 9 full days, 5 buisness days in customs. When usually customs takes 1-2 MAX! I might have to wait to call......bet if I did now they'd give me the "oh it can take a while" crap.........nothing beats back when I got my first doll over 5 years ago. Due to a strike, 1 month in customs... *dies* waiting I don't mind at all. If I knew the head was safe and coming, I'd be fine. It's the not knowing! If the tracking hasn't updated and it's gotten lost. Or it really is for some reason been in customs for 9 days~!

Either way I am not amused. I have been spoiled with mail being so good lately. Nothing has come late for a long time. I think only like less than 2-3 items in the years and years of online buying has even gotten lost!

All I can do is wait and try calling I guess.......... be nice if it came tomorrow before I go to work. Or when I am off on wed......grrrrr

Argh why canadapost........you've been behaving so well to me now this crap. So my Chrom head was mailed to me on the 8th. Only from WA, so it reached vancouver and customs on the 10th....... but now I still haven't gotten it! The tracking number hasn't updated either. I mean 7 days in customs major wtf. It usually takes 1 day to clear customs.......but I haven't even gotten the head yet. I thought maybe the tracking hasn't updated.......but nope no sign of it so far. I mean airmail from WA or OR takes a week.....this was sent priority. I haven't had anything come super slow or get delayed like this for a while. So I am kinda worried....... it better come on monday or I will rage againts the world!

Or rather to pick which Captain Jack minimee head I prefer. It's funny after getting this new one. I'ved decided I prefer the head I already had. XD Which is funny but oh well I am fine. The group order went well and I don't mind having run it etc. The new head is nice still....just I prefer the earlier head more. It's not as big in the chin and has more the Jack grin. I think it looks better with the Ianto head too. I didn't know if I was gonna sell one. But I decided just to put the Jack head up for sale. I'll live if he doesn't sell though. I just figure cash would be awesome now. Also in case someone missed out etc. But no stress of selling.

Now I am just waiting for my Chrom head.......been in customs since the 10th argh I hate this! I am still on the fence if I should sell him or no. The original Jack head I am keeping is okie size wise with the Souldoll body........but I am unsure if I am okie with the scale. I figure I'll wait till I get the Chrom head to see. There are a number of Chrom heads for sale on doa so meh....doubt he'd sell so quick. I'll prob keep him as long as he works with the souldoll body. Since I really like that body a lot.

In other news not a lot, long weekend for me thank god! I need to sew my lolita for next saturdays featherfall event wheee.

Silly buy true

I am so happy over the silliest thing well maybe silly maybe not depends. But I admit it! I am a fan of the bang Aqua. I always have been since their debue in the 90s. Funny those their most popular and well known song 'Barbie Girl' is my least fav of theirs. I dunno which is my fav I like a lot of them. I was sad when the band split up........ I dreamed of going to one of their concerts. But as the years went buy I came to terms.

Well I remember hearing about a possible best of aqua in the future and forgot about it. Until I saw it at work last week and with three new songs! 2 songs, My Mamma said and Live fast, Die Young and uk releases I think. But the first one Back to the 80s is a new single! I think the first new song in over 8 years if I read right.

Well Aqua is now back together and planning to release a new album in 2010! I feel soooo silly about how happy this makes me feel. I REALLY hope they do some touring and come here *cries* Just I hope I can find someone to drag along lol.

When the song got released in the uk or wherever he was still alive. I think it's fine and not bad. The new lyric is something like when arnie said I'll be back. Which is okie too, just funny.

Decisions

Well I got my Jack minimee head today, while I like the head......it's larger than the first one. So it will totally not work with the souldoll body. He'll at least need a 70cm.......so the torchwood minimees are gonna be pushed back. I will hopefully get 1 body by december but I will have to see. I plan to get a 70cm doll family body and pray it works alright. It should. If that body works good with both heads. Then they can go off and get their faceups. They'll have to share the body for a while. (no photos together for a while boo). Then whenever I can afford it....maybe march etc I'll buy the 2nd body. Then it's getting and collecting the pieces of their outfits. The plan is to have them 100% complete by next year. Summer would be nice, but fall winter I can live with too.

But this means the souldoll body has no head now lol. I REALLY don't want to have to sell it......... so I guess the Chrom will be staying haha. Well as long as the head works okie on the body, which it should. The Heliot head looked nice on it scale wise. I hear that the Chrom's ns resin is kinda pink.......while the souldoll is more yellow. So the head will probably have to be airbrushed a bit to match. No worries I'll just have Tamara do his faceup. Since I have a spot with her right now anyway. Means he'll be gone for at least a month but oh well. Be nice that he'll stay. Also if I don't bond or I need money in the future. Selling him complete with a body in faceup will be easier for me.......and better price wise. So it sounds like a plan woo!

Well today I cleaned up my room so I finally took a bunch of photos to show here. I am so pleased that the rooms weren't really that messy. It took a really short time to clean them up so woo! So here are a ton of photos showing it!

Sitting on the bookcase is my incomplete jack harkness minimee (got a new JB head coming tomorrow) and the Ianto head sitting beside him. The cybersix poster I got at AE this year and cybersix's voice acctress signed it.

Yeah so I am oh so broke, well I got enough to get food etc. But dollwise I plan to sell the Chrom head once he comes. I plan or hope to use the money to get a demon garden boy body for my Ianto head. So Jack can have the souldoll one. I am not so broke that if by some miracle the head comes. Then I fall in love and have to keep him. I really can, I will just wait to get him a faceup. But hopefully he'll sell, I think he will just fine. Sell or trade really will work for me lol.

So if anyone on my flist is looking for a chrom human head just lemme know haha.

Well I was never really gone but at long last my internet is finally fully back! Thank to some awesome friends and their net and computer skills. It's now wonderful and I am happily fully back online. Sure I can survive fine without the net but is so enjoyable hehe. So I am quite glad it's finally all fixed up. Feels like I am fully moved in now too!

Just got back from watching the season premier of The Big Bang Theory season 3. Because my parents have a timeshift package for their cable. I was able to watch it at 6:30pm instead of 9:30pm. The later timeslot is good still, means I'll never miss it cause of work. As long as it doesn't affect rating I am happy with it. Just this show better go on for years cause I love it. Won't talk about what happened in the ep since I don't want to spoil. But I will say I loved it, typical BBT. I had lots of fav moments of each character, lots of laughs. Also got my season 2 dvd of the show in the mail today. God I loved the gag reel hee hee. A marathon will be happening in the next few days for sure.

Dollwise I got the souldoll body and I like it, course I've seen and handled them before. The minimee heads work well scalewise I am pleased. Only the double strings means it's hard to get the heads on and off. So I doubt they'll be using this body much. The resin match is of course horrible. So I really don't want to get them airbrushed to match if they won't use the body much. Once the Chrom head comes home, if he's a keeper it will be his head.

Speaking of the Chrom man I hope he'll click with me. I dunno Chrom's are arriving but I think for me it will come to seeing him in person. I am having him shipped straight to a faceup artist though, since he'll need a faceup for me to decide. Saves me shipping to ship him to the artist. I'll try my best to bond but if not he'd sell very easily. I'd prob look to get a souldoll double body for Ianto, so Jack could keep the oldstyle souldoll for himself. No idea what the Chrom's name will be either, I'll wait till he comes.

I'm not getting any new doll stuff for a while, the chrom's faceup is all. Once I got a decent savings saved I'll look to getting a body for the minimee. Before that prob an outfit for the Chrom if he's staying. If not maybe some things for my clan I dunno XD.

Gah I am so broke lol it's pathetic, oh well it's mainly just sept I gotta cheap it out for a bit. After that I'll be fine. I just pray I got enough to cover any expenses I need for the next 3 weeks and I'll be good!

Well all is well, router is still crazy. I just haven't been turning the computer off at night lol. To keep the good connection XD. But I know that's gotta stop eventually. So I'll turn it off tonight, a friend is coming thurs to fix it if it needs it. So hopefully that will be all figured out anf fixed soon.

My place is looking really nice and I have settled in well. I'll take photos of my place on the weekend for lj here. I am really really enjoying it. My roomie and I get along great and I love all the space hehe. I also built my kicthen table myself, I know they're easy but I still rock!

Dollwise I have now paid off what I owe. I paid off the Chrom head and the dollheart outfit. Now nothing else is due so I am good. I found a faceup artist for my Chrom, I got an october slot. I will just have the person I am splitting the head from. Ship it directly to her so yay. Also Iscen's dollga wig has been shipped from leeke so woo! Almost forgot about that haha. The souldoll body I traded the breakaway head for. Will come tomorrow. Curious to see how the minimees will work on it.....dunno if the scale will work. I know the Chrom will look nice on it though. The person put her Heliot head on it for me to see, aside from the resin being off (white vs natural) it looked very nice.

With october coming so is halloween. I always dress up at work (one first place on the costume contest last two years). No idea what I am gonna be this year! The plan was to be the phantom of the opera but I am pushing that back a year. It will take a lot of time and money so yeah........ need more of both. So now I dunno what I wanna be. I know I would love to be spongebob but god that costume would take a lot of work. I might just be a rainbow cat haha silly but fun. I will wait till my first oct payday to get the fabric. Then that usually decides for me.

I've been watching fullhouse lately lol lame I know. But I am enjoying it lol at season 4 at the moment. This show was so popular when I was in elementary school XD. It if aired now it would so get canned.

Wheee Big Bang Theory season 3 ep premiers on monday I cannot wait! *dances* the season 2 dvd shipped from amazon today! Along with the Next Doctor Doctor Who christmas special dvd.

Well by some unknown miracle (really unknown I have done nothing to fix it) the internet worked today! I dunno why, how or anything but it does yay! Oh god I hope it stays this way......I am so afraid to turn my computer off tonight lol. Then never get the net back......but it's the only way to know if this was a fluke or if it will continue to work. That would be good since my friend at work can't look at it for a week. So here's hoping over the week it connects as it should..... hmm maybe cause it was a long weekend stuff didn't update when we hooked it up. I have no idea how that would work lolz but maybe I am lucky! I sure hope so.

The move in all is good, my rooms are basically all set up now. The 2nd room where the computer is looks awesome! I am so pleased. I need to take photos to show it.....my bedroom I've gotta finish a tiny bit. Actually I gotta find my computer and ipod cord.......I wonder where they are lol. Yesterday I built my table and it worked out lovely. I am so pleased with myself.

Now if the internet works from now on I will be soooooooo happy! Here's hoping *crosses fingers*

Only now paypal won't accept my cc new expiery date and I dunno why. It might be that I am 48 over my CC. So until that is paid it might be denying me. At least I can pay that off on thursday so I'll do that. Then see if paypal lets me add it, if not I will call the cc company. I need to anyway since I gotta change my address and phone number for it.

Anyway let's hope this internet working isn't just some miracle lol.

Wireless router oh evil are you!

Yeah so I am moved but not internet access at my new place yet. We tried to install the wireless router and adaptor yesterday. Only with no real luck man this thing is evil! We connected the router and adaptor all alright. But now it won't read the network............ it sometimes connects to it just fine. But then the internet doesn't load. Once I got it to go to two websites and then dead grrrr. While other times it doesn't connect at all to the wireless! SO yeah no idea what is going on. When I got back to work on tues (long weekend wheee) I'll ask my friend there to help me. Her fiancee does tek stuff and builds computers etc. So I am hoping he can come over by the end of the week and help fix things. God I hope so *dies.........* this all sucks man grrr.

So I won't have much net access for this week and who knows how long. I can come over to use my parents new computer thank god. So I still have close net access............but still it sucks not to have it working at home!!!

Wheee silly post time haha I have a tardis at last. I've wanted one for a while. Specially since I got my proper Jack and Doctor figures on the way to me now. So I was looking at my options........ I figured I'd either go with the bank or this light flight version. Both were a little too much for my current budget. I do hope to get the flight one later. But I looked on ebay and found a bank tardist. It's used and has Rose and the 10th Doctor image inside. (the current one has martha). I just won the ebay bid and got it for 18cnd including shipping yay! So I am super happy!

Now my spending will stop for a while. Dollwise I just got one more payment on my Chrom head and Dollheart dress. Then shipping for the Breakaway head to trade for the Souldoll body. After that no more doll purchases or other hobby purchases for a while. Oh I am getting two dvds on preoder. Big Bang Theory season 2 dvd and the Next Doctor on dvd but that's okie. After that, the spending stops for a while. When my Chrom comes, he'll go off to gtk for a faceup prob......or someone else. I am happy I'll be able to keep him now. Unless I don't bond with the head, but I am hoping I will. The minimee heads will get their bodies in the winter I am aiming for.

Speaking of minimee we got the new redone photos of the Jack Harkness head and whee I am so please. I can really see John Barrowman in it now!

Off to do more painting today, we start the colour now wheee.......gah tuesday is coming up quick!

Woo! I found a trade for my breakaway head. I am trading it for an old style souldoll boy body. Which works well. Because I can use it for my Chrom head. With the Breakaway gone, I can keep my Chrom wheee! Also it can be a temp body for the minimees too. When I wanna take photos and stuff so yay! The person has a Heliot so she tried the head on the body. It fits really well so I am super pleased. Even the minimees should look decent on it. I still wanna get them proper bodies later, but it's good for a while. So I am super pleased about it. We're not gonna trade till 2 weeks, so I'll have time for moving. Also money to ship the head haha.

God painting............. gotta go paint soon and then work after >.< Ugh.

A moment to gush

Yesterday I just decided to look for a good dvd of mine to watch. I picked out Honey & Clover (eps 6-10......I've lost the 1-5 dvd of it I made haha). So over yesterday and today I've been watching the eps. Just finished 10 and man.......do I ever love this anime so much!

It's a show that began as a manga of course, though I had never read it. It's slow paced, with no action, monsters, science fiction, army etc. It's about a group of students attending an art school and their lives. It's all character bulding stuff. Honey & Clover covers a number of years in the school too. Two seasons were made. It's also one of those shoes who have you laughing like crazy one moment......then near teers for a touching moment the next. Though you prob won't actually cry, I never did lol. But I did get rather touched by the emotion. It's real, showing love in different forms, etc. It can be over dramatic at times. But the characters are great and the show is very fun. I love Mortia, really all of them.

I found out the official dvd boxset vol.1 of it comes out sept 22nd........it's also on itunes for 19.99 for the first season, dubbed. The first ep is free so score. I am just curious to see how the english voices are. But I am kinda uneasy about it...... names been said wrong. Always saying their first name.....when in the anime it's by their last name etc. I plan to buy the official dvd eventually. But like with Nana. I wanna wait till it's all released or a good amount....which is gonna take a while haha. But it gives me time to save!

So if you are ever bored, or want to watch a good anime. Check Honey & Clover out. Though it's not for everyone of course. I throughly enjoyed it. It will remain one of my favorite animes.

Tiny spending spree over

Well I got the monies for the type 3 body. I was trying to decide what to do wit the cash. Deposit it all, get a few things? Get a body for my minimees? Well I mused on it for a bit. Decide I'd look to see if there was anything I really wanted, then deposit at least some. So the search began. It's funny when yah got cash, you can't find things as easily. Not like when you don't have the cash haha.

Firstly gah was I ever tempted by Soom's new unicorn monthly dolls. I was almost ready to get one on layaway. But I thought about and wisely decided a no. I don't want anymore dolls......... I shouldn't put one of layaway right after I am moving. It's just not a good idea. That doll would also delay Jack and Ianto in minimee form even longer. So I proudly resisted. Though if my Breakaway head or Melon (I doubt it though) sells before the deadline.....that might be a different story haha.

So I new I REALLY wanted new urethane eyes for Sioned and Lucinda, I am tired of their souldoll eyes. While their safrin doll ones are nice. They're not good enough to use for a long long wait. I was gonna join the ED canada order. But after searching on doa I had some success! I found a pair of gumdrop 18mm seagreen eyes for 55 shipped. Which is a very very good price. Considering gumdrops are soooo rare. Also the wait for them is insane. Also milky ED (the ones I would of got instead) are like 55 before shipping. So I couldn't pass that deal up! Then I found a pair of 20mm Sea Water mystic eyes in 20mm for 53 shipped. Also an amazing price considering the usual 5-6 month wait. It's amusing though, Sioned and Lucinda will be switching colours I wanted for them haha. I wanted a deeper teal for Sioned, a super pale green blue for Lucinda originally. Now Sioned looks like she'll get a pale green blue and Lucinda a slightly darker teal. But for those prices I don't mind at all. So excited about this. I've wanted urethane eyes for my volks girls for a long time.

Then I went to a cool site called Zaniahz.com, which has a bunch of torchwood and doctor who goodies. I saw they were still having free shipping. Also their t-shirts were on sale too. Also my Ianto figure got delay and I politly asked about it. Since I was polite and patient, they gave me 10% off my next purchase. So I couldn't resist the saving. So I bought a Captain Jack figure with his proper outfit with the long coat. Then I bought a 10th doctor figure were he's wearing 3D glasses. (which was also on sale). Then for the t-shirt. I got one that is white and with blue writing it says. 'Where's my Ianto.' I thought that was tooooo cute to resist. Everyone needs their own Ianto!

Then I was just gonna deposit all the rest but I just had a thought. There was one thing I had always wanted. Always wanted but never got. It is a pair of these, which are a pair of Saint shoes from minoru world. I have wanted a pair ever since I have gotten into bjds. I saw that they were on their last sale and reduce to 28usd. (they use to be 48). So I went for it. Sadly shipping from them is brutal (32 ouch!) but I decided to go for it. So yes I paid 60usd for a pair of doll shoes lol I am insane. But I am so glad I'm not missing out on a pair. Now I just hope the sd13 boy size aren't too big for Yarris and Iscen...... the girl size was sold out. So here's hoping. =)

Then I was good and deposited the rest of the amount into my bank, which was still 222cnd. So that will be helpful. So I think all in all I did rather good. Now it would be awesome for my Breakaway head and RL Melon to sell haha. But I won't keep my hopes up hehe.
